These non yeasted flatbreads can be thrown together in minutes! They are the perfect accompaniment to curries, tagines or casseroles. They’re made with self raising flour and gluten free self raising can easily be substituted. I fill mine with lots of spices and bake them directly on the Aga simmering plate but you can use either a griddle pan or frying pan.
